About Stanley

Stanley is an active member of the Civil Law Practice Sub-Committee (for road accident – insurance matters) which works with incumbent stake holders (ie. Monetary Authority of Singapore, Subordinate Courts, General Insurance Association of Singapore, Fidrec, Singapore Motor Workshop Association, Singapore Automobile Assessors Association etc.).

As a member of the Committee, the challenge was to strike a balance that ensures the interests of all relevant stakeholders are taken into account and to engineer the required checks and measures to provide transparency and efficiency in the management of non-injury motor accident and personal injury motor accident cases.

Stanley is also recognized in the primary and peripheral automotive space as a seasoned veteran of the automotive and claims industry. The firm represents majority of the leading brands of automotive distributors and several principal manufacturers of automobiles. Furthermore, the firm also has experience with LTA regulatory and compliance matters arising from clients of rental, leasing and taxi fleets.
